Currently serving as Senior Director at ASML, leading the Extreme Ultraviolet (EUV) Performance and Integration Team, she hopes to encourage you in your own career adventures.
As an inspirational keynote speaker, Joyce inspires organizations about agility and resilience in times of change. She combines the psychology of change with her powerful story about how she copes with her continuously changing perspective in life. She provides insights how to develop an agile mindset that can help you to exploit the opportunities of growth that come with change.
