Executive Vice President and Chief Technology, Innovation & Portfolio Officer at Capgemini

Cara delves into the transformative power of being the first in various fields, from science and technology to politics and activism. Through personal narratives and historic examples like Katherine Johnson, Mae Jemison, Dr Fei-Fei Li, Lynn Conway and many others, these individuals have illustrated how breaking barriers ignite innovation and fosters inclusivity. The theme of being the first emphasizes the importance of representation and mentorship in paving the way for future generations, urging action to challenge stereotypes, promote diversity, and empowerment through education.

With over 25 years of experience in the dynamic world of semiconductor technology, Christine Brown brings a wealth of stories based on her experience in the industry. Currently serving as Senior Director at ASML, leading the Extreme Ultraviolet (EUV) Performance and Integration Team, she hopes to encourage you in your own career adventures.
