Many women between the ages of 35 and 60 experience symptoms such as fatigue, brain fog, irritability, and low stress tolerance. These symptoms are often associated with burnout, while they may actually be linked to hormonal transitions during menopause. This session explores the overlap between burnout and menopause symptoms, how misinterpretation impacts women in the workplace, and what organizations can do to improve awareness, support, and conversations around this topic.
